About Lawrence Property Maintenance LLC

Fall Creek runs the length of Lawrence, and in April it runs high, carrying the smell of wet clay up into the yards along both banks. Lawrence Property Maintenance LLC opens the year right there — first cuts on soft ground, winter debris raked out of the fence corners, edges re-established along drives that spent four months under salt and sand. From then on it settles into a steady rhythm of mowing, trimming and general upkeep, week after week through the green months. A lawn down on the creek side needs a different hand than one up on the flat near the pike, and knowing which is which turns out to be most of the job. The satisfaction is in a property that never looks like it got away from anybody.
