Lafayette Snow Removal

About Lafayette Snow Removal

When the forecast turns and the wind comes down out of Kentucky, Macon County starts watching the sky, because winter here does not warn twice. Lafayette Snow Removal watches with it, then runs the plow through the small hours so driveways, lanes and parking areas are open before the first alarm clock goes off. Walks and steps get cleared by hand where a blade cannot reach, and the slick spots get treated so the ground stays walkable after the sun comes around. Storms on the Highland Rim often carry more ice than snow, which makes the timing matter as much as the pushing. A cleared drive at daybreak, with the fields still white on either side, is the result worth getting up for.
