About Jero Landscape and Hardscape

Down along the rail line where grain elevators mark the edge of Lafayette's industrial blocks, the morning shift starts early no matter what fell overnight. Jero Landscape and Hardscape clears the lots and loading aprons along that corridor before the first trucks roll in, working under sodium lights while frost rimes the steel bins overhead. The Wabash Valley's grain trade doesn't pause for weather, so a clean lot at 5 a.m. is the difference between a smooth morning and a stuck one. Before sunrise the stretch holds a particular quiet — idling engines, the hiss of a plow blade, long elevator shapes against a gray sky. Keeping those wheels turning, literally, is what the work out here comes down to.
