About Mofield Property Services

Early light in La Porte arrives soft, filtered through the fog that lifts off Stone Lake and drifts a few blocks inland before the sun burns it away. Mofield Property Services works those first cool hours, when the grass is still bent with dew and the cut comes up clean and even. Lawns here sit on old prairie ground that grows fast through a humid Indiana June, so the rhythm matters: mowing on schedule, trimming close along fence lines and foundations, edging the walk until the line reads sharp from the street. By the time the neighborhood is fully awake, the yard is finished and the clippings are gone. It is plain work, and there is real pride in a lawn that looks looked-after every single week.
