About JGL Landscaping

The old Rumely brick on the south side still throws heat back at you on a July afternoon, and the lawns in its shadow need water and a lighter hand on the mower. JGL Landscaping cuts high through midsummer, keeps the blades sharp so the tips don't brown, and trims close where turf runs up against brick, fence and curb. Weekly mowing holds the shape of a yard; cleanups at either end of the season give it a start and a finish. Small lots, corner lots, the long strip between sidewalk and street — each one edged so the lines read straight from the porch. It is plain work, and it makes a whole block look looked-after.
