About GLC Greg's Lawn Care

April in La Porte is mud and birdsong and a lawn that suddenly needs cutting a week sooner than anyone planned for. GLC Greg's Lawn Care starts there, with the spring cleanup: winter debris raked out, bed lines cut back, the first mow set high to let the turf wake up on its own terms. After that it is weekly mowing, trimming along fences and foundations, and a blow-off so the drive looks as good as the grass does. The blocks around Kesling Park fill with kids and bikes by May, and a soft, level yard is half the point of the whole season. Watching a tired lawn come back green is the best part of this work.
