Colston Lawn Care

About Colston Lawn Care

Early on a summer morning the fog lifts off Stone Lake and lies in the low yards until the sun burns through it. Colston Lawn Care is usually out in that hour, dew still heavy, the first pass of the day cut a little high so the grass stands up clean behind the mower. Mowing, trimming and edging around walks, drives and bed lines; blowers to finish, so nothing is left scattered on the concrete. When autumn comes the work turns to leaves, taken off the turf before the rain mats them down against it. It is ordinary work done attentively, and it shows in the way a lawn holds its color through a dry August.
