About Xcel Turf Care

September along the Industrial Heritage Trail is the finest stretch of the Kokomo year, warm soil, cool nights, and grass that suddenly wants to grow again. Xcel Turf Care builds its autumn around exactly that window: core aeration, seed worked into the openings, and a feeding the roots put away for spring. Lawns here take a beating in a dry August, and the recovery afterward is not luck, it is a schedule kept. Through the growing months it is mowing and trimming on a steady cycle, with cut heights raised through the worst heat so the turf can shade its own roots. What comes back in April is thicker than what went in, and that is the only measurement worth taking.
