About Common Grounds Landscaping & Lawn

There is a week every spring when Kokomo goes from brown to green almost overnight, and the sound of the first mow carries from one block to the next. Common Grounds Landscaping & Lawn starts the year there: knocking down the winter growth, trimming out the fencerows, cutting fresh edges where the beds have blurred into the grass. Around Foster Park the ground stays soft well into April, so the work gets timed to the soil rather than the date. Bed lines redrawn, walkways given a true border, the whole yard reset for the months ahead — it is the kind of morning that pays off all summer. From there the mowing settles into its weekly rhythm, and the shape holds until the leaves come down.
