About Brocko Lawn Co.

Markland Avenue empties out around suppertime, and the light comes down the street long and level, catching every blade that got missed. Brocko Lawn Co. does its finish work in that hour — the last trim line, the edge along the drive, the walk blown clear so nothing tracks inside. Kokomo lawns take on water fast in a spring rain and dry just as quickly on a windy day, so the schedule bends a little to meet the grass where it is. A cut done right is quiet work: no scalped high spots, no ragged fringe under the hedge, no clippings drifted into the gutter. Neighbors notice the difference from the sidewalk without ever knowing why, and that is the whole point.
