About Property Masters, LLC

Massachusetts Avenue runs at an angle through downtown Indianapolis, cutting across the city grid past brick storefronts and theater marquees that need clear sidewalks before the first customers arrive. Property Masters, LLC works that stretch and the blocks around it in the early hours, clearing snow from storefront aprons, small parking lots, and the sidewalks that string one shop to the next along the avenue. Because the street runs diagonal to everything else downtown, drifts pile differently here than on the square blocks nearby — wind funnels along the avenue and stacks snow against certain doorways more than others, and the crew has learned which ones. The goal each storm is the same: bare concrete in front of every door by the time the avenue's shops flip their signs to open. It's commercial work, done quietly, in one of the city's older and more particular downtown corridors.
