About Indy Cutters Lawn Care

The first week of April, the Monon Trail fills up again and every yard in Broad Ripple wants its first cut of the year. Indy Cutters Lawn Care starts the season there — mowing down the winter mat, cutting a fresh edge along walks that have been buried since November, trimming the ragged growth against garages and alley fences. Older north-side lots run long and narrow with big shade trees, which means uneven light and grass that grows in patches; the fix is attention, not speed. Through summer the route runs weekly, and in fall the leaves come off before they can pack down. That first spring cut, done right, sets the tone for everything after it.
