About Good Fellas Landscaping LLC

Massachusetts Avenue cuts on its own diagonal through downtown, brick storefronts strung with lights that stay up well past the holidays, and on a snowy evening the whole street glows a little under that string of bulbs while the sidewalks below go slick with foot traffic from the restaurants. Clearing that stretch means working around people rather than through an empty lot -- timing a pass for the gap between the dinner rush and the after-dinner crowd, salting the curb cuts where delivery trucks still need to get in close. The old buildings there sit shoulder to shoulder with almost no setback, so snow off every roofline lands straight onto the walk below and has to be dealt with twice: once early, once again once the afternoon sun has loosened whatever refroze from the night before. A couple of guys working that street get to know it by its storefronts as much as its address -- the bakery that opens first, the theater whose marquee throws its own light across the ice. It's a small stretch of the city, but a busy one, and it never really goes quiet even in the cold.
