About J.C's Lawn care

Summer storms cross Hammond out of the west, hammer Calumet Avenue for twenty minutes, and leave the whole town steaming by late afternoon. J.C's Lawn care knows exactly what follows: two days on, the grass has jumped, and a yard that looked fine Friday needs cutting by Sunday. The answer is a schedule that keeps pace with the weather instead of chasing it, mowing and trimming and clean lines held week to week. There is a fine moment in mid-July when the deck passes over a rain-fed lawn and it comes out striped and level, no ruts, no scalped corners, nothing to apologize for. That's the mark to hit every time out.
