About Homeworkx LLC

Homeworkx spends most of the year up on Greenwood roofs and inside additions, and that same familiarity with a house — where the gutters back up, which downspout freezes first, where ice tends to build along a roofline — carries straight into how the crew reads a property before a winter storm. The subdivisions south of Indianapolis where this crew works fill in fast at dusk this time of year, streetlights coming on over driveways still half-covered from the afternoon's snow, and that's usually when the plow trucks start their rounds. Clearing a drive here is one part of a bigger relationship with a house, the same eye that flashes a roof valley in July checking a walk for ice in January. Johnson County's winters swing hard between a wet, heavy snow and a bitter dry cold, and each one asks for something a little different at the curb. A homeowner flipping off the porch light for the night usually finds the drive out front already clean.
