Gary's Lawn Care

About Gary's Lawn Care

Greentown wakes early, and the mowing season wakes with it. Out past the last streetlight the county roads run straight as a ruler between corn and beans, and the first light comes in level across the fields to find every blade still holding dew. Gary's Lawn Care works that hour — decks turning, the string trimmer walking a fence line, walks and driveway blown clean before the heat settles over Howard County. What gets left behind is a lawn with a definite outline, an edge that holds its line along the sidewalk the way a well-planted field holds its rows. In a town this size the yards on the side streets are how the place introduces itself, and there is real satisfaction in sending one back out looking sharp.
