SGT Majors Lawn Care

About SGT Majors Lawn Care

By the middle of October the trees along the Pennsy Trail let go nearly all at once, and Greenfield spends a few weeks under a shifting layer of yellow and rust. SGT Majors Lawn Care meets that stretch head on with leaf removal, mowing for as long as the grass still asks for it, and trimming and edging so the lines do not vanish under the drift. Cold arrives early across the open ground east of town, and there is a particular pleasure in finishing a yard just as frost holds in the shade. Through the warm months the work is steadier: a cut on the same day each week, edges kept sharp, the drive cleared off before the trailer gate goes up. It is honest outdoor work, measured out one Greenfield yard at a time.
