Greenspaces: Plant & Landscape

About Greenspaces: Plant & Landscape

By late May, Greenfield's older streets are all porch and shade, and the front beds are doing their showing off. Greenspaces: Plant & Landscape works those yards from the ground up, mowing and trimming on the weekly turn, then recutting bed edges by hand and pulling mulch back where it has crept over the crowns. A clean spade line between turf and bed does more for a house than almost anything else, and cut properly it holds its shape for months. Come autumn the leaves come out of the beds and off the lawn, and that same edge gets redrawn before the ground closes up for winter. Summers here are humid and generous, and the work is simply keeping pace with everything they grow.
