About Kustom Detail Landscaping & Excavating

Putnam County clay does what it wants — holds water in the low spots, bakes to brick on the rises — and a Greencastle lawn is only ever as good as the ground beneath it. Kustom Detail Landscaping & Excavating works both ends of that, shaping and grading the dirt and then keeping the grass above it mowed, trimmed and edged. Late fall is the season for moving earth here, after the leaves are down and before the ground locks up. A finished grade has its own detail: water running where it should, no scars left, seed catching on the first rain. Come the next summer nobody can tell anything was ever wrong, and the mowing goes easy straight across it.
