About Evergreen Property Maintenance

Winter in Goshen arrives sideways off Lake Michigan, and for a few months the spruces and pines are the only green left standing. Evergreen Property Maintenance is built around what those trees know: a property needs looking after in every month, not just the mowing ones. The calendar runs spring cleanup into the mowing weeks, mowing into fall leaf work, and leaf work into putting the yard to bed properly before the first hard freeze. Each pass sets up the next, so the lawn comes out of winter ready instead of ragged. It is steady, unhurried upkeep — the kind that keeps a Goshen yard looking cared for in January as much as July.
