About Turf One, LLC

Out past Garrett's last streets, DeKalb County opens flat and wide — corn to the horizon, a sky big enough to watch a July thunderstorm build from twenty miles off. All that rain and sun makes grass grow like it has something to prove, and Turf One, LLC answers it lawn by lawn. Mowing in clean passes, trimming tight to porches and posts, edging walks until they gleam against the green: the finish shows from the road, which around here is how neighbors take a place's measure. Summer evenings run late in this corner of Indiana, and a lawn cut that afternoon holds its stripes deep into the dusk. Turf works so the view from the porch is worth the sitting.
