About A Top Tree Service, LLC

Up in the corner of Steuben County the lakes come one after another, and the oaks ringing them lean toward the water the way shoreline trees always do. A Top Tree Service, LLC works Fremont and the cottage roads out around Lake James and Ball Lake — removals on lots where roots have run out of bank, trimming that opens a view without stripping a shoreline bare. Pruning waits for the months when the lakes are locked up and the cottages are shuttered. When a summer blow crosses open water and drops limbs on a boathouse roof, the storm cleanup begins the same way every time: clear the drive, then the yard, then the shoreline path. By evening there is nothing left but the smell of cut wood.
