About Setser Property Services

On the east side of Franklin, the yards run out to meet the fields — that long Johnson County flatness where corn shimmers in July heat and the horizon is mostly sky. Setser Property Services works that in-between country: town lots, rural properties, acreages where a lawn is measured in hours instead of minutes. Mowing is the backbone, with trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups filling out the week. Heat builds, an afternoon storm stacks up in the west, and the grass answers with another surge — so the routes run again. Keeping a property tended out here means keeping pace with weather that never quite sits still, and that rhythm suits this outfit fine.
