About Lawn Tamer LLC

May in Frankfort is the wild month — storms rolling in off the western flatlands, warm rain by the inch, and grass that seems to grow while you watch it. Left alone for two weeks, a Clinton County lawn goes feral. Lawn Tamer LLC exists for exactly that fight. The work is mowing that keeps pace with the weather, trimming that holds the fence lines and mailbox posts, and cleanup that puts a yard back in order after the wind has had its say. There is real pleasure in the before-and-after of it — shaggy to sharp in a single visit. The grass never stops trying, and neither does the Tamer.
