HillSide Lawn & Landscape

About HillSide Lawn & Landscape

East of Fortville the ground lifts just slightly toward Mt. Comfort, a rise barely worth calling a hill anywhere but flat central Indiana, and that gentle slope is where HillSide Lawn & Landscape does some of its trickiest winter work -- driveways that pitch downhill toward the garage, where ice is the real hazard, not just snow. The crew treats those grades first, salting before the plow even runs, so a car backing out doesn't slide into the yard. From there the routes continue across Fortville's flatter streets in long straight passes. A finished driveway here looks deliberate -- square corners, a clean edge along the garage apron -- even on a morning when the whole county is buried. HillSide Lawn & Landscape serves Fortville and the towns around that rise, including Greenfield and New Palestine, through the parts of winter when the ground itself becomes the challenge.
