About Lawnganics

Johnny Appleseed is buried in Fort Wayne, which seems right for a city where things planted tend to take. Lawnganics works close to the ground he loved — tending lawns that green up early, hold through the wet heart of an Indiana summer, and go dormant clean. The mornings start with dew still on the blades and end with turf trimmed, fed, and standing thick enough to shade its own roots. On the north side the routes pass yards where robins follow the mower for what it turns up. The goal each visit is simple: a lawn that looks alive, because it is.
