Carr's Lawn and Landscape

About Carr's Lawn and Landscape

In Fort Wayne's older neighborhoods — the brick streets of West Central, the deep lots under maples planted generations back — a lawn is a frame around a house with a history. Carr's Lawn and Landscape works inside that frame with care: mowing around root flares and iron fences, edging century-old sidewalks, keeping shrubs trimmed to the scale of the porches behind them. October is the great test here, when those big maples drop everything at once and a yard can vanish under leaves in a week; the crew clears them out and leaves the grass standing green underneath. Spring brings bed cleanups and fresh mulch, summer the steady rhythm of the mowing route. Old streets deserve to be kept, not just cut, and that is the difference Carr's tries to make across Fort Wayne and nearby.
