West of town, the White River slides past Fishers slow and brown in March, and the bottomland smell of thawing earth means the season is about to begin. Ventureal Lawn Care starts there, in the early work most people never see: cutting fresh edges on winter-blurred beds, spreading mulch dark against the first green, waking lawns with a spring feeding before the mowing season takes over. Once it does, the routes settle into the long middle of the year — steady cuts, clean trim lines, weeds caught before they get ideas. Fishers grew up out of river-bottom farmland, and its lawns still carry that rich, stubborn soil, capable of real beauty when tended. Ventureal does the tending, from the river neighborhoods to the far side of town.
