About Vega's Lawncare Landscaping LLC
Out along Cyntheanne Road and Brooks School Road, where cornfields still run right up against Fishers' newest rooflines, Vega's spends the summer mowing lawns that were farmland a decade ago and keeping the landscaping sharp on houses barely older than the trees planted out front. When the fields go white and the wind has nothing to slow it down before it hits a driveway, that same crew swaps mowers for plows and works the same streets in the opposite season. A storm blowing in off open farmland tends to drift hard against a garage door, and the crew clears the drive to bare concrete before opening a route to the front step. They know which of the newest streets still don't have curbs poured, which changes how a plow blade has to sit against the edge. The driveway comes out clean either way — mowed short in July, scraped bare in January.
