About Rogers Groundskeeping

A groundskeeper's morning in Fishers starts with a walk of the property before a single blade drops — checking which walkways caught the wind overnight and which corners of a cul-de-sac collect ice first. Rogers keeps its properties tidy all year, trimming the common-area beds that line so many of Fishers' newer neighborhoods, and treats a snowfall as one more round to make. The work moves out from the mailbox cluster to the individual walks, then the driveways, in the same order the crew mows in June. Hamilton County can turn from a calm, gray Saturday to a foot of snow by Sunday morning, and a groundskeeper who already knows a property's layout doesn't waste time hunting for where a walk turns behind a hedge. What's left behind reads clean from the street — walks bare, drives scraped, the same order it holds in July.
