About Miller's Elite Exterior Solutions

Clay Terrace's open-air walkways draw shoppers even in bad weather, which means Miller's Elite Exterior Solutions is usually out working the storefront sidewalks there before the first car pulls into the lot. An open-air center handles snow differently than an enclosed mall — every walkway is exposed, every entrance its own small project — so the crew works store to store, clearing a path wide enough for strollers and shopping bags alike. Carmel's retail corridor stays busy right through the snowiest weeks of the year, especially with holiday traffic, and a slick walk in front of a storefront is bad for the shop and worse for whoever falls on it. The crew treats curb cuts and crosswalks with the same care as the main walkways, since that's where most people actually catch a patch of ice. By the time shoppers start arriving, every walk in the corridor already runs clear from curb to storefront, curb cuts included.
