About Stocker's Landscaping

On Evansville's east side, the old sycamores of Wesselman Woods throw shade a city block deep. Stocker's Landscaping works in that kind of light — midmorning, dappled, the Ohio Valley air already thick. Lawns here grow fast and uneven under big trees, so the craft is in the details: mowing around root flares without scalping, trimming clean against fence lines, raking a bed edge until it reads like a drawn line. The reward is stepping back to a yard that holds its shape under the canopy. In a city built on river-bottom soil, grass wants to sprawl; the work is teaching it where to stop.
