About Evansville Lawn & Landscape

East of the city, the earthworks at Angel Mounds have watched over the bottomland for close to a thousand years — proof that people have been shaping this ground for a very long time. Evansville Lawn & Landscape carries on the shaping in a smaller way: lawns mowed and edged, hedges trimmed, beds cleaned and mulched, leaves cleared when the October light goes amber over the east side. Autumn is the busy hour here; the oaks let go all at once and the yards fill overnight. So the rakes and blowers come out, the beds get tucked in, and the last mow of the year leaves the grass short and neat for winter. Come spring, the ground remembers, and the work begins again.
