About Ashby Lawn Care

Snow in this part of Rock County rarely falls straight down; it comes sideways off the open fields west of town and packs itself into long drifts along the fencerows and county roads. Ashby Lawn Care runs the snow work in Evansville through those nights — plowing driveways and turnarounds, shoveling walks and steps, spreading salt and sand where ice sets up hard against a north-facing porch. The payoff is a drive opened at four in the morning, black under the yard light, wide enough for the truck and then some. Nothing about a winter here is gentle, but an open driveway makes it manageable. Snow removal reaches Evansville, Footville, Orfordville, Magnolia and Janesville.
