About Leaf it to us

October in Elkhart arrives tree by tree — the old maples over the sidewalk streets turn first, and then a week of wind brings everything down at once. That is the season this crew works for. Leaf cleanup here isn't an afterthought; it's the whole point of the name, and the yards they clear come out of autumn looking swept and ready for frost. Through the green months they keep the same care going with mowing and trimming, so the lawn that gets buried in leaves each fall is worth uncovering. Elkhart grows a lot of shade, and someone has to gather what it lets go.
