About Beary Landscaping

Simonton Lake goes still and quiet on a winter morning, ice creeping out from the shoreline while the houses around it sit under a fresh, undisturbed layer of snow. Beary Landscaping works those lakeside streets and driveways on Elkhart's north side, clearing a path down to the water's edge for households that spend the rest of the year on the lake itself. Snow off Lake Michigan can pile up fast in this part of Elkhart County, banking against boathouses and low seawalls in a way it never quite does downtown. Getting a driveway open early, before a second lake-effect band stacks up behind the first, keeps the neighborhood's narrow lakeside roads passable. There's something fitting about clearing snow around a lake that spends every other season being the whole point of the place.
