About AJ lawn Service LLC

June mornings in Decatur begin with fog on the St. Marys River, a low white ribbon slipping between the cottonwoods and draping over the backyards along its banks. AJ Lawn Service works in that early light, when the grass is still cool and a fresh cut holds its color all day. Mowing, trimming, and edging are the heart of it — the clean line where lawn meets sidewalk, the even sweep of green running down toward the water. Seasonal cleanups keep the same yards open and bright as the maples let go in fall. From the river neighborhoods of Decatur out to Monroe and Preble, the aim is simple: a lawn that looks finished from the street and feels good underfoot.
