About Countryside Landscaping

The land around De Motte lies open and level, the old sandy ground of the drained Kankakee marsh stretching toward field lines that seem to run clear to the horizon. On mornings here the light comes in low and unbroken, and a freshly mowed yard shows every line of it. Countryside Landscaping works that ground — mowing, edging, trimming, and the cleanups that bookend the growing year — on lawns from town lots to the wide rural yards out along the county roads. There is a particular satisfaction in a straight pass across a big Jasper County lawn, in an edge cut clean where grass meets gravel drive. When the wind moves through the corn on either side of town, a well-kept yard sits inside it like a held note. Countryside Landscaping serves De Motte and the surrounding countryside, one clean pass at a time.
