About Diehl's Landscaping, Inc.

Early May at Lakes of the Four Seasons, the water turns from steel to blue over the course of an afternoon and the shoreline lawns wake all at once. Diehl's Landscaping, Inc. opens its Winfield season there and works outward — first mowings, spring cleanups, the winter's litter raked out of fence corners and off the slopes. Lakeside yards fall away toward the water, so the cut has to follow the grade without scalping the crown of it. Trimming around docks, posts and landscape stone is slow work, and the difference shows from the far side of a cove. A lawn that runs unbroken down to the shoreline is worth the extra pass it takes to get there.
