About Ervin Property Management

Some mornings in Crawfordsville begin with a train horn on the old Monon line, and Ervin Property Management's rounds begin not long after. The route runs address to address across town — lawns cut, edges cleaned, leaves cleared, every property on the list kept presentable week after week. It is list-keeping work, and there is a rhythm to it: same blocks, same gates, grass always growing. A place that is kept looks kept from the street, and in a town this size, the street notices.
