About Renaissance Management Services

Midsummer in Columbia City gathers at Morsches Park — ballgames, evening walkers, the smell of cut grass carrying across the diamonds. Renaissance Management Services brings that same standard of green to the properties it looks after around town. Grounds care here means the full sweep: lawns mowed and kept, landscapes tended, properties presented well from the curb inward, week after humid week. July asks a lot of grass in northern Indiana — heat, then downpour, then heat again — and keeping it even through all of that is the job. Done well, a managed property doesn't announce the effort; it just looks like summer going right.
