About Jahn Property Management LLC

Out toward Coesse the roads go to gravel and the lots get long, lawn giving way to field with nothing but a fence line to argue the border. Jahn Property Management LLC works that in-between country as well as the blocks in Columbia City proper — keeping grounds mowed, trimmed, and in order for owners who can't always be there to do it themselves. On first-frost mornings in October the grass goes silver and holds every track; by noon it's green again and ready for the season's late cuts. Looking after a property through that kind of swing takes attention more than anything. The measure of the work is simple: a place that looks lived-in and loved, even when nobody's home.
