Smith's Lawncare

About Smith's Lawncare

Out past the last houses in Clayton the farm fields still begin where the sidewalks end, and in May the whole countryside turns from bare brown to bright green in a couple of weeks. Smith's Lawncare keeps the town's yards up with that spring rush, mowing, trimming and edging so a lawn stays neat instead of running wild. Hendricks County lawns take a beating from summer heat and the occasional dry spell, and a regular cut at the right height helps the grass hold its color. Every visit ends the same way, with clippings blown off the driveway and a straight seam where the turf meets the concrete. It is unhurried, careful work, and on a quiet Clayton street it is the difference between a yard that's merely green and one that's properly kept.
