Miller lawn management

About Miller lawn management

August in Charlestown is a test of patience — the heat sits down in the valley and stays, and a lawn either has someone keeping rhythm for it or it gives up in patches. Miller lawn management is the keeping of that rhythm. The word in the name is the honest one: management, the unglamorous weekly discipline of mowing at the right height, trimming what the mower can't reach, and never letting a yard slide two weeks behind. Under the shadow of the water tower and out along the county roads, the route repeats like a good habit. Nothing dramatic ever happens on a well-managed lawn, and that is precisely the achievement. Green in August, in southern Indiana, is a kept promise.
