About Midwest Elite Services

Late winter in Charlestown is a held breath — brown yards, bare branches, the first mild afternoon when you can smell the thaw coming up out of the ground. Midwest Elite Services starts its year in that pause, walking properties before the green arrives, planning the first cut of the season while the rest of the town is still wearing coats. Charlestown is growing, with new streets and new lawns pushing out toward River Ridge, and new grass needs a steady schedule to become a real yard. The work here is that schedule: mowing kept regular, trim lines kept tight, cleanups timed to the calendar instead of to chance. By the time the valley is fully green, the yards on this route already look like midsummer.
