About Morales Outdoor Solutions LLC

Cool Creek cuts a small limestone ravine through its park on Carmel's north side, and the trails above it hold snow in a way the flatter parts of town don't, shaded by trees that keep the ground cold well into the afternoon. Morales Outdoor Solutions LLC works the driveways and walkways of the neighborhoods around that park, where a lawn backed up to the woods can stay under a crust of snow long after a sunnier yard two streets over has gone to slush. The crew treats those shaded properties as their own category, working them earlier and checking them again later, since ice there doesn't give up without a fight. Clearing a walkway that runs along a fence line into the trees means working carefully around what's still frozen underneath even after a warm afternoon. There's something grounding about finishing a route near the woods just as the light starts to fade over the ravine, the work done before the cold really sets back in for the night.
