About Innovative Maintenance Solutions, Inc

Midtown's office lots fill up fast once the workday starts, so Innovative Maintenance Solutions, Inc. runs its trucks through Carmel's corporate campuses and City Center parking well before the first commuter pulls in. Clearing lots at that scale is a different rhythm than driveways — wide passes across acres of asphalt, sidewalks along glass-fronted buildings, entryways that need to be bare before anyone in dress shoes tries them. Carmel's growth has stacked a lot of office space into a small footprint, so a single overnight snowfall can mean a dozen lots to hit before sunrise, each with its own tight schedule. Getting every one of them clear, striped lines still visible under a dusting instead of buried, means a morning that starts on time instead of late. By the time the first employee badges in, lot after lot has already gone from buried to clean, the whole district quietly back in business.
