About Quality Lawn Company LLC

Bloomfield's school buses start their rural routes early on a snow morning, and Quality Lawn Company tries to have driveways along those routes clear before the first bus turns down a gravel lane. The work fans out from the edges of town — long driveways backing up to cut cornfields, shorter ones tucked along in-town side streets — cleared in whatever order the storm left hardest first. Salt goes down on front steps and the walk to the road, the stretch that matters most to a kid waiting on a bus in the dark. Out past the edge of town, the same crew handles the longer rural drives where wind has pushed snow into one hard ridge across the gravel. It's the kind of work that has the town looking ordinary again well before most people are up.
