BK Mowing

About BK Mowing

DeKalb County lies open and level, glacial ground planed flat long before anyone thought to plant bluegrass on it, and on land like that a well-kept lawn announces itself from half a mile away. BK Mowing starts while Auburn is still shaking off the dew, blades set and decks leveled before the sun clears the corn to the east. The work is simple to name and hard to do well: an even cut, a clean edge along the walk, clippings handled so the yard reads sharp from the street. By the time the morning warms up, another block of lawns lies in straight, patient rows, the way this county has always liked its ground. It is unglamorous, honest work, and the proof of it is visible from every passing car.
