About Bell Lawn Services

Before sunrise a gray hush settles over the streets, and that is when the mowers come out. Bell Lawn Services works the yards of Auburn, where a front lawn may not be large but is always seen — by neighbors on the porch, by everyone walking to the corner. Mowing, edging, trimming: the work is simple to name and satisfying to finish, a clean line of green against the sidewalk before the morning cool burns off. By the time the sun finds the block, the clippings are bagged and the edges are sharp. That is the whole idea — a lawn that looks cared for because it is.
